It’s 62 years old, but is still in great shape
Staff are great. Location is awesome.
No access to fresh air the thermostat controls and the fan controls didn't work. Too hot
Staff vert friendly.
Not much really
The once beautiful hotel was clearly run down. It was our first time staying at a hotel where duct tape was holding the carpets together on every floor.
乾淨
沒有暖氣
Location Great staff decent breakfast
Room clean but halls and stairwells stained carpet dirty hot tub and pool nasty
The location was great, short drive away from downtown. Staff was very helpful and cordial
The heater wasn't working throughout the first night until they were able to get around to it the following day
It was very clean

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others.
I booked a 3 night stay here, but only lasted one night and honestly, even that was too long. I arrived late and went straight to bed, but in the morning everything went downhill. The shower in my room didn’t even turn on, so I couldn’t bathe. As I looked around, it became clear just how dirty the room actually was. Every surface was filthy, if you wiped anything down, the cloth came back black. There was visible black mold in the bathroom, along with what appeared to be blood and even feces. The shower clearly hadn’t been cleaned, with someone else’s used soap left behind.
The balcony was covered in dog hair and what looked like dog urine. It was completely unacceptable.
To their credit, staff did try to move me to another room, and the cleaning manager was kind and explained she was new and trying to improve things. Unfortunately, the second room, supposedly one of their nicest, was just as bad. While I was at least able to shower, there was still black mold in the bathroom, and after getting out, I found someone else’s underwear in the room. That was the final straw.
This goes beyond poor housekeeping, this is a serious health concern.
I informed the staff I would not be staying due to the conditions, and I was assured multiple times, both by the hotel and Booking.com (while I was on the phone with them), that I would receive a full refund.
It has now been almost a full month, and I have only received a partial refund. I have made multiple attempts to contact the hotel and specifically requested that the hotel manager, Vanessa, call or email me back. Each time I call, I’m told she is either “not available” or “not in the building,” and despite repeated requests over the past 3+ weeks, she has never responded. At this point, it’s clear I am being purposely avoided and ignored. Please see my full google review for the remaining details. Do not stay here!
Its a 3 star place
Rooms needed cleaned alot better. Oors had toe nail clippings all over, carpets need cleaned.
Close to what we needed… the staff was amazing. Very nice to our dogs. Safe.
Some issues with the room( some things were broken or not fixed) The hotel view wasn’t that great( looked into other hotel rooms) the pool was closed.
