Pros:

Cons:

1. Палять, на зауваження не реагують.
2. Паркувальник розігрує цирк з начебто спеціальне місце для інваліда, а на місце для інваліда ставить звичайну автівку.
3. Відсутність вентиляції в номері, що суперечить ДБН, а головне суттєво шкодить здоровʼю людини. Параметри: СО2, вологість та температури не підлягає критиці…
4. У 22.22 ще гупає на всю музика та ворлають відпочиваючі.
5. Персонал грає в дурня й не доводить правдиву інформацію до клієнтів щодо справжніх умов проживання. Вікно наче є, а по суті, з того вікна ніякого свіжого повітря не має.
6. Розчарований відношенням до постійного клієнта. Постійного, в минулому.
7. Не залишу цю справу так. Зафіксував все, обов’язково оприлюдню й доведу до суспільства та перевіряючих органів подібне відношення та нелюдські умови перебування в закритих приміщеннях.

Well, for years I am looking for a good hotel in Lviv , and thanks god, I found it. They got everything I need , parking, great breakfast, excellent service, good location , outstanding rooms. They order taxis , they do everything.
Just want to come again soon.
