Pros:

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and cool.

Cons:

It is of my own fault for not realizing this was a pet friendly location, but there was a dog next door to my room, which made it difficult to rest.

Decent for the price could've been better

Good location room clean

Cons:

Had to stand at reception desk for long time no one showed to answer my need. Booking said pool was open it was not. Fortunately there was a alternative. Never found a tv guide and channels are slow to load. Ice machine and pool table was out of order

Overall I would return if some things were fixed, but the wife loved the room we ended up in overall
Pros:

The whirlpool was great, the king bed was comfortable, and the view was awesome!

Cons:

We got re roomed 2 times because those whirlpools weren’t working, the indoor pool didn’t work and we weren’t told, the breakfast was weak and disgusting. And the staff was below average, especially Shakara! She was very rude and unprofessional!

Cheaper stay in a tourist town, you get what you pay for.
Pros:

Staff was nice. Location and price is pretty good for the area.

Cons:

Almost everything in the room was old, half broken or stained. No outlets at the bedside. Food stains on the wall by the trash. The sink had a razor cover stuck in the drain from a previous guest. Lampshades were stained and cracked. The microwave was rusting on the inside. The pool was closed/ being renovated (no mention of it not being available). Terrible strong "glue" smell from the pool construction. I got the vibe that this is mostly a hotel for construction workers. Parking can be hard to find when all the big trucks are parked at night.

In town to visit family. Had a wonderful stay, comfortable beds and clean room.

The front desk clerk at check in was so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. Great location.

Cons:

Maybe a sign off the main 421 hwy, we missed the left turn at first..

Pros:

The front desk attendant was amazing! I had booked on line and it doesn't tell you what floor the room is on, and we were placed on the 2nd floor. My mom and I went there because she was having surgery the next morning, at the local hospital, and couldn't walk that well. The attendant offered to switch us to a first floor room closest to an entrance so mom didn't have to walk that far. We were very grateful!!
