Lack of communication
Pros:

The location. Some of the staff were helpful (Adrian Oeck from the Front Office, Chef Malek and Burak from the Breakfast Service).

Cons:

The Lounge on my Deluxe Room Floor was shut down for some reason. There’s a construction going on across the street. Above all there were a few problems about cleaning and Housekeeping. (1st day a strong smell in the room, some days unemptied waste baskets, and when I asked to change the bed sheets(on which I realised stains) they weren’t changed 2 days more until I requested again and again. And one day even there was an empty can of drink which wasn’t mine in the waste basket.) I had to request those again and again all the time. There was a lack of communication between the staff (and also the staff and guests) in my point of view.

Perfektes Hotel in Superlage.
Pros:

Sehr luxuriöses, großes Comfort-Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, mondänes, in 3 Einzelparzellen aufgeteiltes Bad mit 2 Waschbecken, Dusche, Badewanne und WC. Hervorragendes Frühstück. In allen Bereichen sehr freundliches, professionelles, hilfsbereites Personal. Bitte um Überziehung des Checkout um 30 Min wurde problemlos gewährt. Es war mein zweiter Aufenthalt. Summa summarum: Perfekt - werde gern wiederkommen!

Habe im Bad keine Steckdose für den Fön gefunden.

Świetnia lokalizacja, duże, czyste pokoje i świetna obsługa. Pan Adam Houzvicka (Opertions Manager) dołożył wszelkich starań i moja żona otrzymała upominek od hotelu w dniu urodzin. Poza upominkiem otrzymała kartkę urodzinową wypisanaą ręcznie przez obsługę hotelu - super gest!

Pros:

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Diese waren mit einer Zwischentür versehen, was für uns perfekt war. Das Bad war mit Badewanne und Dusche ausgestattet. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Zimmer auch sehr groß und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer wurde in der Woche mehrmals gereinigt und auch die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge perfekt und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut zu erreichen.
Wir kommen gern wieder.
