Great location. Breakfast had good options.
The churros on the dessert menu - 11/10!

Cons:

Our room was close to the pool are and our first night was a Friday night and the music was way too loud to sleep. Pillows were all way too thick. Half of our power points would not work (e.g. the kettle one and the ones right next to bed).

Very relaxing stay in beautiful gardens.
Pros:

Location, local fruits at breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, great cocktails, staff all personable

Cons:

Pool is quite small so got taken over by kids jumping in.
Pay for early room access.
No safety deposit box at reception as advertised (only relevant after check out).

Great spot in Apia. Eat out though.
Pros:

Beautiful space. Good rooms. Central location in Apia.

Cons:

Very substandard restaurant. Regular breakfast but meals from the bar restaurant really under par. Solved by eating out. Shame would have made a great overall stay. Also music evening really too loud for an eating area. Lacked some supervision / administration there.

Loved the setting and atmosphere.
Pros:

Loved the location and was a very inviting atmosphere.
Staff were kind and helpful.
Bed was comfy and spacious room.
Pool area and pool was wonderful and a nice central area with fabulous lush tropical plants.
Great comfy outdoor furniture.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast lacked the usual staples such as bacon, mushrooms, and beans which was a bit of a let down, but overall it was sufficient.
Air conditioner was slow to kick in especially when you come back to the room and activate the room card for power, it took so long to cool the room, could do with a bigger more effective unit.

The pool sits right under the sun so by the time you swim it’s burning hot

Nice spacious rooms, nice food & friendly staff..

Cons:

That my family were left waiting a very long time.to check in, bc I was stuck in nz waiting my urgent passport..Tanoa couldn't help my family to check in...my poor husband had a very bad leg could not walk far he was in pain...needed to lie down n rest...yet Tanoa made them wait in foyer until I arrived 6 hours later..
I am very disappointed how they handled this situation.
Where was the compassion and alofa mo Tagata matutua? We had to seek a private doctor later bc of the stress on his legs ..he needed to rest on a bed..

Faamolemole show some alofa when dealing with these situations..we are Samoa built on God's love but yet treat our people like this. This is not good enough.
My family were shown care only by 2 lovely ladies ...bless them..
