Cons:

The hotell is a bit far away from Amsterdam centrum, and the problem was with tickets, you need to buy from different companies to take yourself around.

Lovely and just what we needed

Plenty of other options around Schipol, room was nice, I won't repeat.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and well equipped. The shuttle service is convenient, free from the airport to the hotel, and paid from the hotel to the airport.

Cons:

Room was clearly available on our arrival, receptionist was nice, checked in the system and after telling us, she went to ask her manager about the possibility of letting us check in early, answer was no. As a frequent traveler that uses hotel services around the globe, it's always nice to be able to leave your bags in the room, do a quick change or rest a bit before going out for tourism, many hotel chains do it without a problem, the cost for the hotel is minimun since the room is available and ready, and the experience and fidelity impact in clients is big. That's the reason I won't go back to Ramada in the future.

Insect infected hotel
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel with my wife, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. Our initial room had insects in it, and when we reported the issue, we were moved to another room which also had insects.

When I raised the matter again with the manager, her response was, “Don’t worry, these insects are even in my house.” I found this comment highly unprofessional and disappointing, particularly as no effective action was taken to resolve the issue.

Additionally, the hotel charges guests in euros for the shuttle service to the airport. Considering the hotel is located in a very isolated area, this should have been made clear at the time of booking. Had I known about this extra charge, I would have chosen to stay elsewhere.

The bed mattresses were also very firm, which affected our sleep quality. Combined with the insect problem throughout the hotel, it made our stay extremely uncomfortable.

Overall, my concerns were not taken seriously, and I would not choose to stay at this hotel again

Cons:

Staff was awful. Didn’t help us when we had a situation with the car park. Someone break into our car. We got stolen from our car, was parked in their parking lot.
