Stay not up to expect
Pros:

Pool was nice and staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Airco not working, most restaurants are closed until end of May, this can happen but make sure people are informed about this upfront. Then I would have booked a different option

Generally a good hotel
Pros:

Good sized room, great breakfast, lovely large pool and easy access to a long sandy beach.

Cons:

Room was hot at night, air conditioning not functioning, twice we asked for it to be turned on but were told that it wasn't available since it was an "ambient" temperature. Spanish are obviously happier sleeping in 25C than we were!
Background music constantly played at the pool. €20 per 24hours charge for parking, free spaces available over the road if you can find them.

- Nada más entrar me encuentro unos calzoncillos del inquilino anterior. (Foto)
- La piscina la cerraban a las 18h de la tarde.
- El Check-in tardaron en hacerlo y darnos las llaves 40 minutos.
- No tienen tiritas en recepción.
- Pedí la plancha el primer y segundo día, y nunca llegó.
- El hotel necesitó reforma por el exterior.
- Una Coca Cola de lata en el bar de la piscina 4 euros.
- El parking no te deja pagar el día completo. (Averiguado)
- El baño no tiene ningún accesorio ( ni pasta de dientes, ni sombrero, ni nada.
- El buffet colapsado. 30 minutos para poder desayunar.
- El chiringuito de playa cerrado. Sin avisar por web.

En definitiva un auténtico desastre.

Absolutamente todo… pero destacar la profesionalidad y educación de los trabajadores.
