Ruhig gelegen, genügend Parkplätze! Frühstück angemessen!

Cons:

Zimmer sind zu klein für die ausziehbaren Schlafsofas, zudem ist die Matratze unangenehm hart! Schmutzige Teppiche im Zimmer und in den allgemeinen Bereichen! Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen wegen der engen Platzverhältnisse, Vorhänge ziehen, war auch eine Herausforderung!

Goed geslapen op prima bed
Pros:

Dicht bij snelweg. Mooi ruime kamer. Heerlijke bedden. Nette badcel. Separate toiletruimte. Fijn restaurant met smakelijke gerechten. Er mogen honden in het hotel.

Cons:

Ontvangst was onwelkom. We stonden in de rij bij de incheckbalie en toen we aan de beurt waren liep de medewerkster gewoon weg zonder iets te zeggen om enkele minuten later terug te komen zonder iets te zeggen of uitleggen. Haar eerste opmerking was ik zie 2 honden dus dat is 2 x pet-toeslag. Niet goedenavond of zo. Bij andere Novotels betalen we meestal slechts 1 x toeslag. En waar betaal je die toeslag voor?? Er zijn geen faciliteiten voor honden en hun bezitters in en bij het hotel.
