Pros:

Отель замечательный, номера были с видом на заснеженные горные вершины, очень просторно и комфортно в номере, белье чистейшее, персонал любезный и приветливый, завтрак разнообразный, все свежее и очень вкусное.

Nice views from the breakfast area, comfortable beds and breakfast included

Cons:

We texted the property upfront about potential surcharges for credit card payments and about road conditions since we were coming in the end of March but only got a reply a week after our stay. There was I think a 3% or 5% surcharge for card payments, so better bring cash. The breakfast was okay, one recommendation for the property would be to provide drinking water during breakfast, they also served hot water, tea bags and instant coffee. Lastly, we asked for the road conditions towards the trinity church during check in and were told we need to book a jeep because it’s too icy which turned out to be wrong and the price they quoted was double the normal price (as we learnt from the tourist information centre). So better double check if you ask them for tours / prices.

Ein absolutes Juwel. Mit Liebe zum Detail wurde dieses Hotel bzw Unterkunft gestaltet. Super modern sind die Zimmer , jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Das Frühstückszimmer ist mit so viel Liebe , Farbe und Charme eingerichtet. In jeder Ecke, an jeder Wand kann man über originelle Ideen und Dekoration staunen.
Das Frühstück war sehr sehr gut. Was für ein großes Buffet. Vielen lieben Dank

Las vistas de la habitación eran impresionantes, la chica que nos atendió muy amable también, muy buen servicio en todo momento.

Cons:

No hay nada que no nos gustase, igual echamos de menos algo de fruta en el desayuno pero quitando eso todo perfecto

Cons:

The view isn't as promised, not anyway similar to photo, there are far much more better views in thus city, location is poor, it is like in-between poor city building. Too many ox 🐂 and dogs in the street, not nearby restaurants or shops. Stairs and high steps and no any help with luggage even though I told them I had health issues. The owner is rude, she film us for her contents and when a kid objected she threatened him and all of us with her followers police, her husband "she said he is politician to threaten us". I didn't immagen I can see something like that
