Location was ok and room was reasonably clean
Loud music and people talking from a party that went on til 1 am, the room was also extremely hot even with air conditioning on its lowest setting! Literally had no sleep as I was up all through the night and eventually up at 5 as couldn’t get back to sleep!!!
Staff were pleasant
On the booking you advised that the parking would be £18 with a discount but it was £29
it stated that the spa, sauna and pool was included but there was a charge
There was no robes to wear to the spa
The worktop was not clean

Came here for my daughter's birthday. Was an amazing stay. We really enjoyed and overlooking Cardiff Castle.

terrible service, worst Hilton I've ever been. The hotel was really old. The vanity mirror in the room was broken. There was one inch of dust on certain bits like the shower screen. The mugs at breakfast were dirty, once I've asked the stuff to kindly change it, and she just looked at me and said, "Seriously?" Whenever we called reception, they never answer. Literally never answered for the entire stay. Absolutely terrible
Great location, castle, park, galleries, shops.
The breakfast was generous and the staff were exceptional.

The lists were very busy at times and we had to wait quite a while.

We did get our use of pool included in our stay but it's obviously unusual as we had to clarify when we went to the pool. For others who might be paying hotel guests but also then have to pay for the pool that would have been annoying. Hotel guests she have all facilities included.
