Pros:

Staff is awesome! They help us to settle the problem with our broken suitcase.
Room is quit big and cosy. The bed is very comfortable.
Location is near the railway station and AEON Mall.

Cons:

No benefits for newlyweds :( But thank staff for complimentary coockies :)
The breakfast is not bad, but we;ve expected a bit more value for money (buffet).

Очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал. Помогали в любом вопросе. Хорошая уборка, в номере чисто. Очень приятно, что в номере есть не только чайник, но и капсульная кофеварка. Питьевая вода в диспенсере на этаже. В номере есть рабочий стол и розетка проводного интернета. Вид из окна достался восхитительный - смотреть на синкансены можно было даже лежа в кровати!

Cons:

1. Завтрак не стоит своих денег. Цена запредельная. Лучше сходить поесть куда-то поблизости.
2. Хлопающие двери из соседних номеров очень хорошо слышно. Ночью может мешать.
3. И надо быть готовым к тому, что отель очень большой. Больше похож на человеческий конвейер - в лобби всегда толпы, на лифт или завтрак может быть очередь. Зато большое количество гостей компенсируется близостью к вокзалу.

Très bien située, le prix est cohérent avec le standing de l’hôtel.
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel !! Un réel plus qui explique le prix. La qualité des produits, des meubles. Le confort du lit et des draps. L’isolation des fenêtres.

Cons:

Le manques de buanderie, d’espace détente avec micro-ondes. La fenêtre impossible à entre ouvrir.

Wish i could have stayed longer
Pros:

The location is great as it js very close to the kyoto station but also close to buses which we used a lot. We got a free upgrade which we werent expecting and the room was great. The staff are all so amazing and helpful and answered all my queries as well as helped us with luggage forwarding and laundry services.
