Pros:

Tolle Lage, Altstadt entlang des Nekars gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Frühstücks Buffet ist gut und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Die schreckliche Musik in Dauerschleife die im Hintergrund läuft, sogar in der Bar. Hallenbad na ja geht aber bräuchte ein Update.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis war passend.
Auch wenn nicht unbedingt spezielle Einrichtungen für Kinder vorhanden sind, darf man das Hotel als absolut Kinder- und Familienfreundlich betrachten.
Das Restaurant zum Abendessen und vor Allem auch das Frühstück waren perfekt.
Die Exekutive Lounge war gut ausgestattet und zur unserer Überraschung in der gewählten Zimmerkategorie im Preis inkludiert.
Trotzt dem Alter wirkt es gepflegt mit ganz wenigen Ausnahmen in der Ausstattung.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man an den einten oder anderen Einrichtungsgegenstände war nimmt.

Alles gut geklappt sehr gutes Frühstück. Zimmer zum Fluss raus war super ruhig, hat meiner doch ziemlich angeschlagenen

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Schnelle Reaktion auf den Wunsch einen Topper fürs Bett zubekommen, da die Matratze recht hart war. Vielen Dank, die“ Prinzessin auf der Erbse „ hat nun sehr gut geschlafen 😄

Cons:

Eine Dusche bodeneben und nicht in einer Badewanne wäre schön gewesen.

Cons:

Ouderwetse inrichting, kleine badkamer met douche in het bad (hoge instap). Niet geschikt voor ouderen.

Pros:

The staff very polite and helpful.
The location was also good. Near to train station and buses. I liked the swimming pool, sauna and spa. All open till 22.00.

Cons:

We didn't get bathrobes and when I asked in reception I was told that no more left and the only what can offers is big towels.

Car park per day 25€ plus deposit of 50€ for each day you stay. They give u back on the last day but u have to be prepared to pay much more for hotel then you thought.

I the room very old. Under the bed We founded a sleeper so housekeeping didn't cleaned properly.

It was the problem to open the window and from outside was extremely dirty. Room number 222 and 224
