Amazing place in Bora Bora
Pros:

Loved the bungalow. It’s quiet and you can pay for the boat transfer and enjoy a day at the Thalasso, which was great for a change. The room is really good, very comfortable and incredible views. Staff was very friendly and food was also great

It was fine

Cons:

Many people there were there for anniversaries or honeymoons or romantic getaways. It wasn’t very pleasant to be housed between families ( next door to us were 8 people including a crying baby - maybe not all staying in the one room but spending the day there). I really suggest you separate families from couples. Not hard to do but much better for guests.

Ez az a hely ahonnan nem akarunk hazamenni!
Pros:

Ez a szállás sokkal többet nyújtott, mint amire számítottunk! Születésnapot ünnepelni érkeztünk ide, már érkezéskor ajándékkal vártak a szobában, és egy tökéletes vízi bungalót kaptunk, kiváló felszereltséggel. A szállás a fő szigeten található, de szerintünk pont tökéletes helyen, a víz színe elképesztő, pontosan olyan türkizkék, amilyet az ember Bora Boráról elképzel. Mindennel maximálisan elégedettek voltunk. A hotel fantasztikus programokat szervez, minden gördülékenyen és profi módon zajlott. A masszázs egyszerűen zseniális volt, az egyik legjobb élményünk az utazás során.
Az ételek változatosak és nagyon finomak voltak, minden nap találtunk valami újat, amit szívesen kipróbáltunk. A reggelik bőségesek, a vacsorák pedig igazi gasztronómiai élményt nyújtottak. Külön pozitívum volt, hogy mivel a hazautazás napján későn indult a repülőgépünk, automatikusan biztosítottak számunkra late check-out lehetőséget, külön kérés nélkül. Ez hatalmas könnyebbség volt, és jól mutatja, mennyire figyelnek a vendégeik kényelmére.
A személyzet külön említést érdemel, mindenki rendkívül kedves, figyelmes és segítőkész volt, valóban azt éreztük, hogy fontosak vagyunk számukra.
Sok hotel van Bora Borán, de ha legközelebb visszatérünk, biztosan ismét ezt választjuk. Számunkra tökéletes élmény volt, és szívből ajánljuk mindenkinek, aki felejthetetlen, különleges utazásra vágyik.

Le manque de passage d infos entre les réceptionnistes et le personnel, et de coordination avec les taxis ,hôtel un peu vieillissant climatisation tres bruyante,,,, le materiel.de paddle cassé, pas réparé
Donc pas beaucoup de choix,hôtel avec un rapport qualité prix finalement très cher, l emplacement pres de Matira ne fait pas tout... c est dommage. Et dommage aussi qu il n y ait pas de proposition pour aller dîner au moana spa ou se faire masser ou passer la journée pour alterner entre les 2 intercontinental ....

Schöner Bungalow über dem Wasser. Frühstück und Lunch waren gut. Personal immer sehr freundlich. Lage sehr gut, Supermarkt und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Völlig überteuerter Transport vom Flughafen zum Hotel (dabei gibt es von der Airline ein kostenloses Boot!) Preis Leistung stimmt einfach nicht. Etwas abgewohnt, Fenster etc. undicht. Auf der Veranda ungemütliche harte Holzstühle ohne Polster. Absolut nichts in der Mini Bar vorhanden. Personal sehr nett, aber sehr unorganisiert. Das Restaurant war schlichtweg schlecht! (Schlechtestes Abendessen das wir hatte) Cocktails schmeckten täglich anders, mal gut mal nicht trinkbar. Für den Preis nicht empfehlenswert und deshalb auch die schlechte Bewertung.

We think that this hotel is located on the best spot in Bora Bora. However, the property needs updating to compete with other like resorts. It should consider taking advantage of the fabulous spot by enhancing the restaurant food and update outdoor furniture, etc. The food overall in comparison to anywhere else you could eat on the island was very disappointing. We recommend the resort address the restaurants in general, food and service. This resort has so much potential that it is not taking advantage of.

Pros:

I couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate my honeymoon. We decided to stay at this hotel because of the value for money it offered. We also thought the location was perfect because of the crystal-clear waters and the tranquility of the area. However, what we found far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived at the airport, they were more than attentive to us. The private transportation was punctual and efficient, and we were able to take advantage of the few hours of sunshine we had during the day. The welcome from the hotel staff was unbeatable, and they showed us around all the areas of the hotel and the rooms. They also gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon. The bungalow was in a great location, with incredible views and all the amenities we could ask for, such as free cold water at all times, direct access to the sea, and beach loungers. Before arriving, we were a little concerned about the area, as this hotel is a bit far from the “hotel zone,” but thankfully we didn't choose to stay there! The water was incredible in our area, and the hotel offered all kinds of excursions and services. We also rented a boat and were able to see the famous ‘hotel zone’, which had all the hotels lined up in a row and whose water was not as incredible. Finally, the staff's attention was the best part of the experience. They were very concerned about how we were doing, and the manager even came to visit us twice during our stay! We also saw her do the same with other guests, so it's standard procedure.
What's more, knowing that we had a flight to Tahiti in the afternoon, they offered us a late check-out without us even asking! What more could you ask for?
I would choose it again a thousand times over.
