Great location
Pros:

Perfect location right in the pulsing heart of Osaka, night and day. Breakfast was great, well organised and managed.

Cons:

Our room (#2319) smelt of mould. Clearly some sort of water leak. We didn’t complain at the time but needs to be addressed. Check in was painful. Not sure what the advantage of supposedly automated check in is but it still requires people. Systems are not simple for anyone.

Overall a good stay. Beware limited washing machine.
Pros:

Complimentary tea and coffee. No limit.
Superb blackout blinds allowing you to sleep to late morning.
Shower very spacious and can accommodate two people or kids if required.

Cons:

Only 9 coin operated washing machine with dryer are available for the entire hotel which has 1000 guests. There is a daily war to use those washing machines. If they can provide more washing machine is would be great.

整體不錯，早餐食材質素雖然一般，但種類多，即使吃幾天也不擔心會重複。
Pros:

酒店位置就在JR大阪駅旁邊，周圍商場林立，用餐購物極其方便。

Cons:

衛生間雖是乾濕分離設計，卻沒有一道主要的門，如果習慣用花灑洗澡，就只能光著身體跑出外穿衣服。

Shopping, location and comfort!
Pros:

The hotel and location is amazing. It’s in the middle of a massive shopping centre. So many stores. Close to the train station.
The breakfast buffet at the hotel had many options of different food and always full.
Room is comfortable and reasonable size for Japan.

Cons:

You have to take two elevators. One to the lobby and the second to your room. It was ok once you figured it out and the elevators were quite quick.
