Don’t know that I would stay there again.

Clean and bright.

Cons:

Slow check in. Room was enormous and tv was so small (maybe 36 inches) that you couldn’t even read the closed captioning from the bed. Who thought that was a good idea? Long walk for a handicapped person to any restaurant other than the one attached.

A wonderful experience all around!
Pros:

The staff was professional and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable and had a balcony and beautiful view of downtown Denver. We were gifted a complimentary cocktail at the restaurant bar and we were offered as much bottled water as we like--which was wonderful given the altitude definently makes you thirsty! I appreciated the covered, secure parking as well.

Pros:

Large room, nice to have a balcony, great location.

Cons:

Stayed on the 12th floor. There was a prom dance on 15th. Guests were not informed. Got into the room at 9 pm. The whole room was shaking as is dropping heavy furniture. Bedsheets had dry blood stains.

Paid cash deposit upon on arrival but they didn’t have cash to pay me back when I checked out. Still waiting for the funds to hit by account which apparently they did to my card.

Compared to other hotels nearby it was good value. Only one drawback and that is construction noise across the street
