Wonderful place to stay but request a top floor room!
Pros:

The location is wonderful, right on the river. Also nice to have such a great restaurant. Wonderful areas throughout the hotel to sit in.

Cons:

Really the only complaint is the noise from the room above us, footsteps starting as early as 4:30 AM each morning.

Nice property… the staff not so nice.
Pros:

Nice facility. Comfortable with a nice restaurant, bar, and workout facilities.

Cons:

Upon checking out… I asked for an extra 30 minutes so I could finish up a zoom meeting. Surprisingly… the gentleman at the front desk was adamant that they could not allow me the 30 minutes I needed to finish my call. Given that the lot was empty, and most had already checked out after a busy weekend, it made no sense that they couldn’t start cleaning other rooms and let me check out at 11:30 AM. Great example of someone who simply couldn’t use common sense to make good on a reasonable request.

A lovely stay in a beautiful spot
Pros:

The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. Staff were cordial and welcoming. They took the time to meet everyone's needs despite being very busy.

Cons:

The bathtub drain was slow and backed up during my shower. Of course that seems nitpicky. If I have to look that hard for a complaint, it was a great stay with only one minor inconvenience.

The bed mattress were not firm enough for support. There could of been blow dryer for the hair.

Very disappointed
Pros:

How nice the location and ark texture was. As well as the restaurant.

Cons:

The loud music and party the floor below, the next room being extremely loud keeping my three children up and banging around all night. Booked the hotel mainly for an indoor pool and the website does not display or mention pool being closed, and being denied for a late check out do to the max allowance for late check outs. Our entire North block was extremely loud and very disrespectful of others. And the room right next door started up the entire night bearable to stay after 3 am and following.

Pros:

Traveling through Eugene and found this place by accident. Beautiful grounds, right on the Willamette River, and clean, well appointed rooms.
Reception desk and restaurant wait staff were friendly and professional.
I'll be back!

The room was very spacious and clean.

Cons:

I think that coffee should be complimentary in the morning. Being charged two dollars for a mediocre cup of coffee was ridiculous.

Definitely would return!
Pros:

Property was beautifully kept. The staff provided excellent customer service. It was wonderful to come back in the evening to find fresh towels and the garbage emptied.

Cons:

There are no dislikes regarding the property.
