A comfortable, well-run stopover with friendly service and great convenience for a long journey.
Pros:

Stayed at Novotel Angers Lac de Maine for a quick overnight stop and it was spot on. Perfect location for breaking up a long drive. Staff were very welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived. The room was great value, clean and well presented. I also liked the added security of the parking area being locked overnight, with staff available to open the gates when I left early. Would happily stay again.

Cons:

The only slight surprise was the club sandwich. I was expecting a full sandwich (cut into two halves), but what arrived was just one half, which felt a bit odd. That said, I was tired and it did the job, so I didn’t make an issue of it.

Très honnêtement pas grand chose à part l'accueil.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner, pour unn4 étoiles du café filtre serait tout de meme bien mieux que du café standard par machine automatique.
Bruyant avec certaines animations le soir.

Pros:

L’accueil, la décoration, le petit déjeuner, la chambre, le parking sécurisé et surtout le fait de pouvoir emmener notre chien et qu’il puisse aller dans tout L’hôtel. Bonne isolation de la chambre étant proche d’une zone commerciale pas de bruit.

Cons:

L’emplacement, trop proche des commerces.

Tout était parfait - le confort, le personnel, excellent petit déjeuner, accès facile, vraiment rien à signaler
Bon rapport qualité prix

Cons:

Il est un peu mesquin de faire payer un supplément pour le parking ; très grand parking devant l'établissement très peu occupé, à peine un/quart lors de notre séjour (week-end de Pâques)

Clément à l'arrivée et Nathan au départ : tout en bienveillance.
Brice au restaurant : grand professionnel.
Ryan en cuisine : très bon repas et mention spéciale pour la cuisson du poisson.
Et pour terminer, la chambre spacieuse, propre et bien équipée et le parking sécurisé.
