Good but unreasonably expensive
Pros:

Good hotel, very large room and bathroom.

Cons:

Unreasonable price for what it is. I paid 400 USD per night.

Wonderful Stay - Quieter Experience
Pros:

Location is great, right next to Magic Island. We appreciated it's a bit away from the major touristy area. The Ala Moana Center Mall is a 5 minute walk away with lots of shops and places to eat quickly. The pool area was large with great amenities. Everything was clean and our view was fantastic.

Cons:

Lobby staff wasn't always there to open the door; with a stroller it would have been nice to have help. Not much interaction from the staff overall and therefore not much else to say.

Very well located hotel and great service
Pros:

The view from the room was beautiful, every morning was a real joy to wake up to it. The Coffee place offered good quality breakfast but pricey. The pool area was a great place to chill. The customer service was excellent

Cons:

The food trash left by other clients in the corridor, the lack of shade at the pool (missing umbrellas) and lack of microwave

新婚旅行で利用しました！日系ホテルと言うのもあってこちらに決めましたが想像以上に良くて大満足でした( т т ) ホテルのスタッフさんから清掃員の方まで皆さんとても良い方でした😫私の経験上、海外でお風呂に入ると洗面所の鏡など曇って何も見えなくなったりしてましたがココはしないです！シャワーも水圧強い方だと思います！既に恋しいです、、またハワイに来た時は利用したいです！

Cons:

バルコニーが無いです！でもデッカイ窓はあってそれは開け閉め出来るのでまああったらいいな〜くらいです！

Pros:

Bardzo ładne lobby, widok z pokoju z basenu oraz bliskość do pięknej plaży, która była zdecydowanie mniej zatłoczona niż popularna Waikiki oraz do Ala Moana Center. Mogliśmy się również wcześniej zameldować, co przy podróży z małym dzieckiem było bardzo dużym atutem!

Cons:

Brak kubków w pokoju. Były tylko jednorazowe i później nie były uzupełnione. Brak sali zabaw bądź nawet małego kącika dla dzieci.
