Good location, clean
Pros:

The location is great, easily walkable to downtown. The room and bathroom were clean.The staff are friendly. We have been coming to town for business, and this is our 3rd stay at the Ponce.

Cons:

Rear facing rooms do have train noise, both day and night.

Cons:

Very loud road noise. Very loud ac noise especially from units backing up to mine. TV’s didn’t work. Bathroom door was very hard to open.

Pros:

Friendly staff and a nice comfortable room and stay.

Cons:

The WiFi is awful and mostly non-existent at the back of the hotel. Also, the train tracks go right past the back rooms and may wake you at night.

Cons:

Could use another chair in the room. Two guests but only 1 chair. Having the toilet in the shower stall was a little awkward. Not to mention the wet floor atfer showers.

Check in und Check out waren unkompliziert

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war direkt an den Bahngleisen. Die Züge sind auch nachts gefahren. Daher hatten wir keinen erholsamen Schlaf. Die Fotos vom Hotelzimmer sahen schicker aus und entsprachen bedingt der Realität
