Great location, great prices.
Pros:

My stay was excellent because the room was clean and cosy. No disturbing city noises. Fantastic location, close to everything I needed. Close to public transport. Good eateries all around. Relaxed environment. Very reasonable rates.

Cons:

The only thing that was lacking for me was no soap dish in the bathroom for the tiny soap to wash my hands. Could have some herbal tea bags too.

Welcoming comfortable place to stay in CBD and value for money

From the greeting at reception, to the comfort of my room it is a quality experience. Quiet room for a night in after work is just right! Good value for money in the centre of the city.

Stellar Convenience!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our time here. The check in process is simple and very convenient, the ability to collect multiple room keys made life easy when we wanted to had solo plans on the same day.
The location was absolutely fantastic, we couldn't believe most of the events we'd booked were literally around the corner, and we got to fit so much more into our trip as a result.
The room was well kept and comfortable, and other guests were respectful and quiet.
On the few occasions we interacted with staff, they were very polite and welcoming.
The Victoria will definitely be our first choice in the future :)

Cons:

Not much in the way of TV viewing options for down time, we managed to log in to a few apps but prefer not to do that for security reasons. Overall a very minor issue.

Central and convenient
Pros:

Value for money....Melbourne city, unfortunately has become less desirable because of the overall look and shabbiness of the shops and it looks like a place that nobody loves and cares about. I grew up in Melbourne and the City was always a place we looked forward to visiting in the school holidays.
My experience of Melbourne this week was disappointing although I must admit, I didn't have time to go across the river.

Great location to walk to the Theatre in the Arts precinct, plenty of food options close by and the pool was heated for a relax after all the walking through the day.
