Great location with very friendly staff
Pros:

It was in a great location, the staff were so lovely and welcoming especially one gentleman at breakfast, I loved our chats. The bed was so comfortable I wish I could have taken it home! I would stay again.

Cons:

Not so much I didn’t like but a suggestion to have instructions in the room on how to use the heating. Being from Australia we don’t have radiators so not something I am familiar with and I spent the first night freezing but I asked the front desk the next day and they told me how to turn it on.

Cons:

The property was really good but we were asked to check out a day early, with only 45 minutes notice, due to industrial action. No reflection on the property itself but the only warning about this was a small typed note in the lift which we initially missed so, for that reason alone, I think communication could have been better but this would not stop me staying here again. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

- Hervorragendes Frühstück

- Gute Lage

Cons:

-Wir mussten umziehen, weil man uns das falsche Zimmer gegeben hatte, eines ohne Badewanne.

-Ich habe ein Geburtstagspaket für den 19. April gebucht. Am 17. April hatten sie bereits alles im Zimmer zurückgelassen, da sie wahrscheinlich schon von dem Streik gewusst haben.

-Das Zimmer war nicht einmal aufgeräumt worden.

-Wegen des Streiks wurden wir aus dem Hotel, wie alle anderen Gäste, rausgeworfen - an dem Geburtstag meines Partners. Inakzeptabel!!!

Nice hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location in the middle of plenty of shops, restaurants and the docks. It was also centrally located and in walking distance of most places. The breakfast was excellent. The food was very fresh and there were an abundance of choices. Loved the shower and the amenities in the room. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was a bit tight for two people who were not a couple. Face cloths in the bathroom were really missed. It would have been more convenient if breakfast was available until 10:30 am.
