Hotel is ok, parking is a scam.
Pros:

The rooms were clean. Very nice. The shower was very weak, but we were on the 19th floor, so that's kinda expected

Cons:

The rediculous parking. We were charged just under $100 the next day after we left.We were there for 1 night. We arrived at 3pm on Friday and left at 5:45 Saturday. There is also a charge for an additional $19 that I have no idea what it was for.

A much-needed family trip
Pros:

From lunch upon arrival with Nita as the server to a nightcap at the bar, with FiFi's suggestions, my stay was off to a great start. The room, facilities, amenities and customer service were all exceptional. My party of 5, throughly enjoyed our visit to Mobile. Breakfast with my family on our check-out day was delightful...thank you Raquel

Double payment, no one is helping. Do not recommend at all. Do not stay here.
Cons:

Its an awful hotel. I had my booking through booking.com and have paid in full at the time of reservation. The hotel have charged my credit card for the full price once again after checkout. And talking to the hotel they say that they have issues with booking.com, and charged me instead. Ao the customer pays double and this is a solution for the hotel. I do not recommend this place at all. Do not stay at this place.

Pros:

My guys and I booked a last min room for New Year's Eve, and everything was amazing . We had the perfect view and didn't have to leave the room to see moon pie drop. They staff was amazing, the rooms were clean, it was perfect .

Pros:

Location, staff, especially the sweet, cordial staff in restaurant. So fun to talk with and made our meal experience very enjoyable. Food was excellent. Room was clean and staff very accommodating to every need.

Cons:

Wish the Market place offered more options in things they carry. Like items you might have forgotten to bring. My husband needed some antacids but they didn't carry anything like that. Just a suggestion. I forgot body lotion..etc.

Not a choice for me in the future
Pros:

Dark, old, dirty. My room and bathroom were dirty upon check in and the days after.
Bed was comfortable but linen and towels were old
Carpet was dirty and in general the room furniture was old

Cons:

Dark in general, colors, decoration and furniture looked old fashioned and lack of cleaning and maintenance.
Service was good and efficient at check in and valet parking.
