Excellent Hotel
Pros:

The Hotel is in an excellent location for boarding a cruise. The Hotel staff and Dinner were very good. Unfortunately breakfast was poor and let the place down.
I would, however, stay again as the Hotel was very clean and decor was lovely.

Cons:

Breakfast - buffet was not replenished quickly and we sat for 10 mins waiting on sausages and bacon to be replenished. The beans, mushrooms, eggs were cold.

Nice Stay
Pros:

Location was great. Close to the docks where we embarked on our ship. Upon arriving in Southampton by bus, we walked from the bus station with our luggage to get to the hotel because we didn't want to wait for a taxi. It was a little bit of a walk but doable. We ate dinner at the restaurant. The service was great as was the food. Be sure to get the monk fish!

Excellent location

I asked for a twin bed room but they gave us a double and sofabed.

The staff did enquire to make sure we were satisfied - which was appreciated.
A twin would have been better but staff went above to make sure we were happy / which we were (as only there for one night)
