Pros:

Great location, walking distance to Downtown
Very clean, very tidy, very well-kept
Very comfortable bed and pillow
Great service, great front desk employees
Parking lot felt safe, very well-kept and clean
Indoor pool and pool area seemed very clean, it was warm
Fresh fruit available at breakfast

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit lacking
Nothing to add to oatmeal (almonds, nuts, etc) as usual
No wide variety of breads
Despite a specific request in advance for an alternative for hot breakfast options for our group, the only item besides eggs was pork
Parking fee—not unreasonable, but it adds up
