三連泊ゆったり過ごせた

Location is good but whole hotel in need of a refurbishment.
Pros:

A very large hotel with corporate feel but in a great location with easy access to tram stops, shops, bars and tourist sites. There are great views from the upper floor rooms.

Cons:

Rooms are quite small and have seen better days and really could do with refurbishment.
Even though we were in a non smoking room, the corridors and public spaces smelt of tobacco.
Breakfast is poor for the class of hotel.

原爆ドームが部屋から見えました。

お湯の熱さを変える際に、押して回す所が固すぎて指がすべり、蛇口の高温の所で火傷しかけた。

Avoid the Top Floor restarant!
Pros:

Excellent staff with a genuine service ethic - EXCEPT the men in the top floor restaurant! I don't know if it was racism but the first night we dined there for dinner (which was terrible! I've never seen such poor quality on any of my trips) they seemed quite rude and unwilling to help much at all. Then on the second morning we had breakfast there and they seemed to place Japanese guests in a separate (and some would argue nicer) part of the restaurant. However, the ladies on our first morning having breakfast were excellent!! Cheerful and polite, they offered us coffee (which we didn't get on the second morning). Be warned this is a HUGE hotel. We upgraded to a premium room to avoid the crowds downstairs in the restaurant.

Excellent stay..I will come again
Pros:

An exceptional stay defined by elegance, comfort, and truly unforgettable views. The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the spectacular window view from my room on the 25th floor, overlooking Hiroshima Castle. The panorama was simply breathtaking—magnificent beyond words. Sitting by the window with a glass of wine, soaking in the view, became a cherished ritual during my stay. I did that my last evening and it is etched on my heart!

The hotel’s central location adds to its appeal, with iconic attractions such as the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and the vibrant main shopping street all within a pleasant walking distance. The convenience of having excellent cafés and restaurants nearby made the overall experience even more seamless and indulgent.
Overall, a truly magnificent experience that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking both comfort and sophistication in Hiroshima.

Cons:

The only minor note would be that the breakfast selection, could benefit from a wider variety. Menu was way too limited
And the restaurant floor was a bit dirty...just a bit

Near to places of interest
Pros:

We continued with our tour and stayed 2 nights in this spacious hotel.
It was well located within walking distance of the Hiroshima Museum and Memorial Peace Park.
Our room was overlooking the city. It was comfortable and provided items such as nightclothes and slippers however there was no teaspoons available.
The breakfast offered was substantial with the amount of food provided.
It’s a good place for its proximity to places of interest.

For our need - pretty perfect.
Pros:

Nice location, perfect service and very good food. But the rooms are a bit small and getting old. But everything was nice and clean.

Cons:

WIFI could be better, rooms could be renovated with more modern facilities, like a better TV with streaming from phone options.

広島城にも平和公園にも徒歩圏内
Pros:

清潔感があった事、
ロケーションがよく、アストラムライン降りたら雨にも濡れずに到着出来ること。

Cons:

チェックイン際、長蛇の列には疲れました。
フロントの人数も多めで丁寧に対応されてて、仕方ないとは思いますが、
とにかく疲れました。
