Hyatt Regency Cincinnati

The hotel was clean and nice, the staff was helpful, especially Mahdia, she was great!

the AC in the rooms was a bit weak and the restaurant food was not great, i got the chicken parm and it was barely edible.

I chose the Hyatt Regency because I trusted them for a quality experience, even though it was more expensive. Unfortunately, we were checked in an hour late due to a “bedding issue.” When we were checked-in, the room had not been cleaned and the tv was on, as if someone was still staying there.

After getting settled into our new, clean room, we were running behind for our planned event. I called down for valet, but they pulled the wrong car around. We barely made it on time.

Later that night when we returned, I had a notification from my car’s app that the doors were still unlocked. Luckily I was able to lock it from my phone.

I can’t stay I trust this hotel anymore.

The room was spacious cozy, and with fully equipped kitchen, that I did not use but will be handy in the AAU Volleyball tournament across the road next year.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to the convention center. The Market was open 24 hours which made it nice! The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet.

Staff is pretty friendly especially in the restaurant theyre the best actually my waitress should be teaching a class she was amazing im terrible with remembering names but she was a brown skin woman name started with a A something like Anika or something like that but shes awesome. Very attentive and dedicated to you enjoying your food and experience.

Comfortable accommodation. Spacious room.

The hotel was pretty nice. We arrived around 4:15 our room wasn’t ready until 5pm. After a 4 hour drive, yes the wait was a bit annoying. We requested a River view room, I wouldn’t recommend because you can barely see the River it’s very far out. Only see the back of buildings. They should probably change the room name to something else it’s very misleading. Our tv did not power on we called the front desk several times nobody answered after a while I just went to the lobby there was a man at the desk not sure why he chose not to answer. He sent someone up after about 10 minutes to fix it the tv. It powered on after he messed with the plugs behind. Other than that it’s close to a lot of restaurants and hangout spots.

Clean and great location. Snacks in the lobby helpful .I would recommend a pot of coffee.

Location of Hyatt Regency is OK.
