Wonderful hotel, give breakfast a wide berth.

Cons:

I would have given 10/10 but for my experience at breakfast.
I paid extra on check-in for breakfast the next morning. On arrival for breakfast the gentleman on the breakfast desk told me I hadn't paid - I told him I had and asked him to check again. I was shown a table while he did so.
I was starting to eat when he came and in front of other guests said I hadn't paid and I honestly felt I was about to be ejected mid-mouthful.
I remonstrated with him and while he went to check again I opened up my credit card app which would confirm on his return that I had paid.
He soon returned however and mumbled an apology something along the lines about "the printer" and "the system" and left,
The whole experience was truly beyond embarrassing. I left having hardly eaten anything.

I will always choose Royal Lancaster fo my London vista.
Pros:

I love the location being close to the Italian gardens.
The staff are friendly and smiling all time.

Cons:

The rooms are small. They could be bigger.

Pros:

de ligging is heel goed, Hotel ziet er ook goed en zeer netjes uit. Metro station om de hoek.

Cons:

de terug betaling van de borg kan 10 dagen duren, zou niet kunnen in deze tijd.

An excellent place to stay in london . Staff are great and the rooms are very comfortable
Pros:

Great hotel . Good location with spectacular views of Hyde Park

Cons:

Room can get a bit warm ( greenhouse affect ) when it’s sunny so it’s necessary to use the window blinds
