Resort experience for kids
Pros:

Great experience at the resort, especially for kids as I was taken back on how well it is catered for them. Kids club is well ran with many activities such as painting, drawing and making bracelets. Special mention to Fatima Ezzahrae Aziz who did a great job looking after our daughter and keeping her well entertained throughout her stay at the resort.

Disappointing
Pros:

This was a family break over the Easter period, and unfortunately we were left feeling disappointed by this hotel. The Grounds of this hotel are picturesque and vast, it absolutely beautiful, unfortunately it has so much unused potential. I will start with the positives. The rooms are immaculate and probably the most spacious we have ever stayed in. There is plenty of pool space and sun beds. And the staff are mostly helpful. Our room was cleaned daily but there is no turn down service (which we would expect from a 5* hotel). The spa at this hotel is absolutely amazing, with a special shout out to Sara, my family and visited the spa quite a few times during our stay- and every visit was amazing. The spa also arranged for us to go quad biking on the beach which was amazing- we saw some beautiful sights. However for us this is where the positives stop.

The hotel is about 40 mins away from the centre, and as they call themselves a resort the food is lacking. There was only one place open for lunchtime. The breakfast and dinner buffet was very basic, the food was always luke warm, and the service was very inattentive. The tables were never clear, we would wait for the tables to be re-laid for quite a while- and even then the table cloth was not changed so we had to eat on a dirty table.

The children's games room, most things were not working, and was never open on time. The Starbucks often could offer a range of items, and they didn't have any cream the entire time we were there.

For a resort we would expect a range of activities to be accessible or just things to do. There is no nightly entertainment, and the Sports bar is a make shift room with tvs a pool table and the bar is set up on the table.

There is no pool service, and the drinks again are served from a make shift table. And though sun beds are in abundance towels were often not. Unfortunately for us this was not a 5* star resort - at best probably a 4* hotel. Which is a shame because this resort could truly be amazing

Tout était magnifique. Le service, l’emplacement de l’hôtel, le personnel, la propreté.

Hanane et son équipe sont au top, on a très bien mangé, très gentilles, très agréable.
