LAUREN DONALD

     Lauren Donald, owner of Bond Street Salon, is a Florida native with global salon experience. An industry leader, Lauren continues to expand her business by growing her network and furthering her education. Lauren is a Certified Sassoon Educator, which allows her to teach Sassoon’s fundamental cutting techniques to a new generation of stylists. She attributes much of her success to an industry defined by Sassoon’s iconic approach to hairdressing, and pays tribute to him by practicing under the name Bond Street Salon, paying homage to his first salon on London’s Bond Street, circa 1954. As a longtime member of the prestigious Intercoiffure, an influential organization in the hair industry, Lauren is in the company of the leading and most powerful 1% of salon owners that set industry standards and has been widely recognized for her contributions. 

     Lauren began her career at just 16 years of age, training and working with some of South Florida’s most renowned stylists. Lauren’s wanderlust first led her to London in 1996, where she immersed herself in her craft. She spent her days training under Vidal Sassoon educators; by night she absorbed the changing styles, fashion trends, and influences of one of the edgiest and most sophisticated cities in the world. It was this experience that would later lead to Lauren’s foundation for the philosophy behind Bond Street Salon. Following her London stint, Lauren moved to Los Angeles, where she continued to work and observe new trends and methods of cosmetology. She eventually left California and headed to Lugano, Switzerland, to carry on her global involvement. In 2000, she brought her skills and worldly experiences home to Florida, where she quickly developed a reputation as one of South Florida’s most sought after hair stylists. Now an expert coiffeuse, the demand for her modern and chic approach to her craft grew quickly and led organically to her opening Bond Street Salon.


     Since its inception, Bond Street Salon has been a culmination of Lauren’s travels, passion for artistic expression, and desire to share her abilities with up and coming stylists. The salon is a place where talented hair artisans can provide superior hair care for all hair types. The elite environment and client-focused mentality holds stylists to a higher standard of performance, bringing out their unique talents and ultimately providing clients with an experience unattainable anywhere else. Throughout it all, Lauren has continued to learn, grow, and develop. She specializes in cutting, color and styling, and remains focused on strengthening her personal craft, as well as her brand. Lauren’s continued education lead her to complete the curriculum designed by the Wella Academy in New York City to become a Master Color Expert. She developed an original cutting curriculum, 20+ years in the making, designed to teach hair stylists to continue to master their craft and never become stagnant. Coined the LSD Movement, Lauren teaches her designed program to not only her staff but stylists in acclaimed salons around the world. 

     Lauren is in the process of releasing a three-part haircare system. Exist Beauty is specifically formulated to protect hair from the elements of sun, salt, and humidity, and defend against the effects of heat and friction. Exist has given Lauren the opportunity to further her outreach within the industry she grew up in and has fallen deeply in love with. She maintains her passion for contributing solutions to hairdressers and clientele alike in the hope of cultivating new standards of beauty in an individual-oriented world. The environment Lauren has cultivated at Bond Street Salon is true to her vision and has been revolutionary in the beauty industry as a whole. As a result, Bond Street Salon is thriving as a leading influence to art, beauty, fashion and personal style.

JACQUIE SENFT

Florida native Jacqueline Senft has been making her mark on the industry since 2015. Apprenticing under Lauren, the owner of Bond Street, before stepping behind the chair on her own, Jacquie has proven herself to be a talented stylist specializing in men’s and women’s cuts, tape-in extensions, and eyebrow tinting, waxing, and lamination. She is a Platinum Seamless certified educator, traveling and working with their team for about seven years. 


Jacquie finds her inspiration in music and current trends, and enjoys expressing herself through her style and fashion – as she puts it, “playing dress up every day.” She wants to help her clients feel confident, sexy, and powerful through her detailed, precise work. 


When she’s not at the salon, Jacquie loves to travel, stay active, and spend time with her Doberman Pinscher, Axel. A proponent of self care and improvement, she lives by the motto that “every day is another opportunity to elevate yourself.” 

LEXI LOZANO

California native and younger twin to Alex, Lexi Lozano is one of our Master Colorist particularly excelling in balayage and extension services. Receiving education and mentorship from James Parlier of Jacques Dessange and celebrity stylist Daniel Mason-Jones, Lexi has developed a unique and comprehensive skill set that makes her work stand out. Lexi’s philosophy is “your uniqueness is what makes you special, and beautiful my job to enhance and elevate it.” She is a fashion enthusiast who believes in the significance of following current trends while also cultivating a signature aesthetic.


Lexi is also beach lover with a deep connection to nature, and enjoys reading in her free time. She loves music, painting, and travel, and finds inspiration in all of her pursuits.

ALEX LOZANO

     After growing up on the West Coast with her twin sister Lexi, Alex Lozano made her way to Florida and obtained her cosmetology license from Palm Beach State College. She has received continued training from Wella, Oribe, and Jenny Strebe (Confessions of a Hairstylist), and served as an apprentice to Bond Street owner Lauren Donald.

 

    Alex is a color and extension specialist who uses her advanced training and excellent communication to provide her clients with customized and individual looks, ensuring every client looks and feels like a million bucks when leaving the salon. She feels at home in Bond Street’s trusting and supportive environment full of phenomenal mentors. 

 

     When she’s not behind the chair Alex enjoys rock music, travel, painting, and paddle boarding.

DANA WELCH

     Dana Welch, a native of St. Louis, Missouri, is one of our cutting specialists with extensive classical training from top educators including Vidal Sassoon, the Aveda Institute, Toni and Guy, and American Crew. Dana has traveled across the globe, living in South America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, directly experiencing different cultures and philosophies, which aided her in finding her authentic self and unique approach to life and work.

 

     Dana views hair as a form of sculpture that she precisely tailors for each individual client. She combines her impressive formal training with her life experiences, and her loyal client base is a testament to her incomparable knowledge, dedication, talent, and care.

 

     When she’s not working or furthering her education, Dana likes to spend her time exploring her various interests including cooking, swimming, sailing, interior design, and architecture. 

JESSICA FALS

Jessica has been with us since 2020 and we have been lucky enough to witness her progression from a general assistant and cosmetology student to a newly licensed personal apprentice under Lexi, Rachel, and Lauren herself, to finally an independent, confident, and skilled hairstylist in her own right. 


A color specialist with a particular affinity for her blondes and brunettes, Jessica is a thoughtful and meticulous stylist who gives 100% of herself to each and every client that sits in her chair. She wants her clients to leave the salon feeling and looking beautiful, satisfied, and confident, acting as a walking advertisement for her work. Her talent and expertise in the salon are not just a job for her; they are a reflection of her deep love for the art of hair. 


Jessica is extremely passionate about her career, hoping to one day own a salon of her own, an aspiration no doubt inspired by Bond Street, which she expresses a deep love and gratitude for. Jessica thrives on the creativity and artistry that comes with transforming her clients’ hair, making each appointment a truly special experience. She credits our unique education program with teaching her everything of value that she knows, and notes that the unconditional support she feels from her fellow stylists and staff motivates her that much more to succeed. 


When she’s not working, Jessica is most likely spending time with her fur baby Tony, painting, watching the latest horror movies, or catching up on her favorite crime shows. 

EVAN ALEXANDER

     Born in Louisville, Kentucky, Evan Alexander has brought his priceless personality and aesthetic to Delray Beach and Bond Street Salon, citing the community, togetherness, and love among the staff as what sets us apart from other salons. Evan has called Bond Street home for three and a half of the six years he’s held his cosmetology license, apprenticing under owner and master stylist Lauren Donald before establishing himself as a color specialist with a particular talent for highlighting.


     With a lifelong passion for fashion, style, and beauty, entering this industry was a no-brainer for Evan. He feels most fulfilled when he can make his clients feel good about themselves, offering a confidence boost through stunning work and a comfortable experience in his chair. He hopes to someday shift the focus of his career into fashion and design work and is constantly furthering his education, honing his skills, and making a name for himself in the industry.  


     In his free time, Evan can be found shopping, playing with his Pomeranian Koichi, watching television (He’s a fan of the Housewives, both Real and Desperate), and dreaming of being an actor. 

MARIAH POLANCO

Mariah Polanco, a Delray Beach native, embarked on her journey with Bond Street as a client of Lauren Donald. Inspired by the artistry and professionalism she experienced, Mariah discovered her passion for hairstyling when she joined Bond Street as an assistant. 


It was here that Mariah truly found her niche, specializing in balayage and color corrections. Before joining the salon floor, Mariah honed her skills under the mentorship of a renowned master balayage colorist for four years, solidifying her commitment to excellence and the integrity of hair care. Mariah is recognized for her expertise as a balayage and color specialist with over seven years of experience. With a focus on precision and creativity, she excels in color correction and balayage techniques, ensuring each client departs with vibrant, healthy hair. 


 Mariah remains committed to her ongoing education, prioritizing the refinement of her skills in both haircutting and color. Recognizing the importance of seamlessly blending these two disciplines. Her determination to become a well-rounded hairstylist fuels her drive toward mastery in the art of hairstyling. 


Outside of the salon, Mariah values spending time with her family. As a fitness enthusiast, she dedicates time to her wellness journey at the gym. Lastly, Mariah enjoys exploring new destinations through travel, immersing herself in diverse cultures and experiences.

RACHEL GEORGE

Rachel Bennett is an Ohio native and a proud graduate from the Aveda Institute. A specialist  with 10 years of blonding, she is especially talented at creating natural-looking, lived-in color but loves working with all hair types and colors. Rachel is extremely talented and creative, offering extension services in addition to color corrections. Rachel loves spending as much time as possible with her family and friends as well as continuing her education.

 

Beyond her specialization in blonding, Rachel offers extension services and color corrections, showcasing her broad creative skill set. As a mother, she understands the importance of feeling beautiful both inside and out and brings this perspective into her work ethics.

 

When she’s not transforming hair, Rachel cherishes time spent with her family and friends. She is also committed to her professional growth, continuously engaging in education to stay ahead of the latest trends and techniques in hair care. This dedication ensures that Rachel not only keeps her clients looking their best but also ensures they feel their best, from the inside out.

ALEXANDER PUTNIK

     Originally from Chicago, Alexander Putnik has called South Florida home since 1998. He has been working with hair for nearly three decades, studying with Sassoon, Redken, and Sebastian, and has experience in salon education and management. 

 

     One of our cutting specialists for over two years, Alexander views his work as a blend of creativity and art with precise geometry and mathematics. His favorite thing about his job is seeing a client light up when they see their beautiful haircut – it’s a unique, gratifying connection. Proud of where he has taken his career, Alexander’s goal is to keep up the good work, continuing to deliver quality services and forging lasting relationships with clients. 

 

     Outside of work, Alexander enjoys literature, cinema, music, traveling, and spending time outdoors. A lifelong learner, he recently earned a B.S. in Environmental Science, but his greatest accomplishment, pride, and most fulfilling journey is being a father.

Joseph Lewis

Joseph Lewis is the latest addition to the Bond Street Salon team, you’ll know him by his bright smile and an infectious positivity that he brings to work every day.  With five years of experience in the hair biz, Joseph has a deep passion for hairdressing, always on the lookout for new techniques and tricks.  Working closely under the wing of salon owner Lauren Donald, he has quickly made his name as a guru in hair color, with a particular knack for creating stunning blonde hues that perfectly reflect the individuality of each client.

 

Joseph brings with him an enthusiasm that makes every client feel immediately at ease. And it shows, not only in the stunning results he achieves, but also in his commitment to continuous honing his craft. Even after punching the clock, Joseph is knee-deep in his passion, often found scrolling through hairdressing videos, taking mental notes, and drawing inspiration from the best in the field.

 

A true artist at heart, Joseph’s work at Bond Street Salon is a labor of love for hairdressing and his desire to keep pushing boundaries as a stylist. He is a valued Bond Salon team member whose presence promises not just skillful work, but an uplifting and memorable experience for our clients.

NICOLE ESPOSITO

     Florida native Nicole Esposito has been cutting hair for over ten years. She brings a renewed approach to each of her clients’ unique beauty, believing that “the transformation process is the most incredible part of being a master hair cutter and stylist.” She has taught classes, worked with local and international brands, celebrities, and photographers, and has had her work featured in several publications and used for business promotion. Hair is her everything, and whether it be a modern, trendy, historic, classic, or innovative cut, your hair will have never looked as good as it does when you sit in Nicole’s chair.

ANGELIQUE STANFORD

Angelique, a Los Angeles native, embracing over 2 and a half decades of experience. She continues periodically visit the Los Angeles area to maintain strong connections with her devoted west coast clientele. A fervent enthusiast of hair color, specializing in dry haircutting. Angelique thrives on building connections with her clients, attentively listening to their concerns to better understand each guests unique needs. For her, the essence of her work lies in the attention to detail and customizing the experience to what suits each of her guests.Outside of the salon find her chasing adventures with her 7 year old son, crafting ceramic sculptures, getting lost in great music, or visiting art exhibitions with her partner.

Caprise Carignan

Originally from San Diego, California, I brought my West Coast edge and fashion-forward sensibility to South Florida, where I now create hair that lives at the intersection of edgy, chic, and alternative. 🤘🏽🎸🖤☠️

I specialize in precision cutting, with a passion for bold transformations. I have a love for vivid color, and custom extensions.

I trained under salon owner Lauren Donald, was mentored by the talented Dana Welch, and I developed a strong technical foundation paired with creative confidence and attention to detail. Every look I create is texture-driven, fashion-inspired, and designed to feel modern, wearable, and unapologetically cool.

I stay ahead of trends, push creative boundaries, and love collaborating with clients who want something a little unexpected. Whether it’s a high-fashion moment, lived-in edge, or an alternative statement look that turns heads, my goal is always the same: hair that feels like you—but elevated.

Martha Borowska

Martha Borowska, a skilled makeup artist since 2010, was born in Warsaw, Poland, and moved to Florida at the age of four, where she has lived ever since. Starting her career in the beauty industry at just 17, the salon quickly became a second home. Martha’s passion for makeup began in high school, where she loved doing her friends’ makeup and fell in love with the fashion and beauty world. She went on to graduate with a certification in production makeup artistry in 2009.
Early in her career, Martha gained invaluable experience working on short films, fashion weeks, and editorial shoots.

Now, her primary focus is bridal and special event makeup, where she finds immense joy in watching her clients’ confidence bloom when they see her work. She strives to enhance each client’s natural beauty, helping them feel radiant and comfortable in their own skin.

With a long-term goal of building her own on-location bridal team, Martha is dedicated to creating exceptional beauty experiences. When she isn’t applying makeup, she manages the salon’s front desk, building personal connections with clients and ensuring the salon runs smoothly.

Outside of work, Martha enjoys spending time with her dog, Cash, taking walks along the beach, savoring quality moments with friends, and unwinding with a glass of wine and her favorite reality shows.

ANASTASIA

Originally from Russia, Anastasia moved to South Florida at a young age and has been part of the Bond Street Salon team since the beginning of her beauty school journey. Growing within the salon over the past several years, she developed her skills through hands-on training in an education-driven environment.

 

She specializes in cuts, styling, and extensions, focusing on looks that feel natural, balanced, and easy to wear. Anastasia enjoys helping clients find styles that fit their lifestyle while enhancing their natural features.

 

Fluent in both English and Russian, she is easy to talk to and prioritizes making every client feel comfortable, listened to, and confident in the chair.
