Senior Commercial Estimator-
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Estimator to lead detailed cost estimating for complex commercial construction projects. This position is critical to our preconstruction success, requiring strong technical expertise, market awareness, and leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate brings deep commercial construction experience, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to deliver accurate, competitive estimates while mentoring team members and supporting profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates for commercial construction projects from conceptual design through final bid
· Analyze drawings, specifications, and schedules to fully understand project scope and risks
· Develop detailed quantity takeoffs, labor projections, material costs, and equipment requirements
· Solicit, review, analyze, and level subcontractor and supplier bids
· Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and leadership throughout preconstruction
· Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
· Maintain estimating databases, historical cost data, and pricing assumptions
· Participate in bid strategy meetings and client presentations
· Mentor junior estimators and promote best practices across the estimating team
· Track market conditions, labor trends, and material pricing
Qualifications & Experience:
· 8+ years of commercial construction estimating experience (GC or CM preferred)
· Demonstrated success estimating projects valued at $5M+
· Strong knowledge of commercial construction means, methods, and building systems
· Proficiency with estimating tools such as Sage, ProEst, HeavyBid, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar platforms
· Advanced Excel and analytical skills
· Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Commercial Estimator (Mid-Level)
About the Role: We are seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Estimator to support and prepare detailed cost estimates for a variety of commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for an estimator with proven experience on larger projects who is ready to take greater ownership of estimates while continuing to develop under senior leadership.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with senior estimators, project managers, and subcontractors to deliver accurate, competitive bids for complex commercial work.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects, including projects valued at $5M and above
· Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing
· Review project drawings, specifications, and bid documents to fully understand scope and requirements
· Solicit, review, and analyze subcontractor and supplier bids
· Assist with bid leveling, estimate reviews, and bid strategy discussions
· Support value engineering efforts and identify cost-saving opportunities
· Maintain accurate estimating files, pricing databases, and historical cost data
· Participate in bid day activities and project handoff meetings
· Collaborate with project management teams during preconstruction and transition to construction
Qualifications & Experience:
· 4–6 years of commercial construction estimating experience
· Demonstrated experience estimating commercial projects valued at $5M+
· Solid understanding of commercial construction methods and building systems
· Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
· Experience with estimating tools such as Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Sage, ProEst, or similar
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Commercial Site Superintendent
About the Role: We are seeking an Experienced Commercial Site Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects ranging from $5M and above. This role is responsible for overall jobsite leadership, schedule execution, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and quality control to ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate is a proven field leader with strong organizational skills, deep knowledge of commercial construction, and the ability to manage complex, multi-trade projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage all on-site construction activities for commercial projects exceeding $5M
· Plan, coordinate, and maintain project schedules in collaboration with project management
· Supervise subcontractors, labor forces, and vendors to ensure productivity and quality
· Enforce safety standards, site cleanliness, and company policies
· Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure proper execution
· Conduct daily site coordination meetings and toolbox talks
· Coordinate inspections and approvals with owners, architects, and inspectors
· Identify potential issues early and proactively resolve field challenges
· Manage punch lists and support close-out and turnover activities
Qualifications & Experience:
· 7+ years of experience as a Commercial Site Superintendent
· Proven track record running commercial projects valued at $5M+
· Strong understanding of commercial construction means, methods, and sequencing
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades and schedules simultaneously
· Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
· OSHA certification preferred
· Experience with occupied facilities, renovations, or fast-track schedules a plus
