What plan should I start with?
If you just want to add contact channels to your site, start with Lite at $15/mo. If you want the AI chatbot to handle questions and capture leads automatically, start with Starter at $25/mo. Most businesses end up on Growth once they start getting leads daily and want multi-domain support and automation.
What is the difference between Lite and Starter?
Lite is for businesses that mainly want the contact widget with 50+ channels and live chat, but do not need serious AI. Starter is the first plan with real monthly AI credits (2,000), full training capacity (1,000 pages), lead collectors, and email + WhatsApp chatbot integration. If the AI is handling questions and capturing leads for you, Starter is where you want to be.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes, annual billing saves around 25% across all plans. Annual prices: Lite $11/mo, Starter $19/mo, Growth $49/mo, Business $129/mo.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can change your plan or add and remove add-ons at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, and IBAN bank transfers. For invoicing via bank transfer,
contact us to arrange this.
What is an AI credit?
Every time the AI sends a reply to a visitor, it uses 1 credit. Regular human live chat messages are unlimited and do not use credits.
When do my AI credits reset?
At the start of each calendar month.
What happens if I run out of AI credits?
Your chatbot stops replying automatically but your widget and live chat keep working. You will get a notification before you hit the limit so you can decide whether to add credits or upgrade your plan.
How does the Lite plan handle chatbots?
The Lite plan includes 1 chatbot with 50 AI credits and 100 training pages per month, enough to taste the AI. If your chatbot has no activity for 14 days, it will be paused and you will receive a notification. You then have 7 days to log in and reactivate it before it is deleted. Upgrading to Starter or higher removes this limit entirely.
Can I train the chatbot on my own content?
Yes. You can train it on your website pages, uploaded files (PDF, Word, Excel, plain text), FAQ documents, or pasted text. The number of training pages depends on your plan.
What is product training?
Product training lets you connect your product catalogue so the chatbot can answer questions about specific products, availability, and pricing. It is available from Starter (50 products) through Growth (500 products) to Business (unlimited).
Can I connect my email inbox or WhatsApp to the chatbot?
Yes, but this requires Starter or higher. Connecting your mailbox or WhatsApp to the AI chatbot is a Starter feature. On Lite the chatbot works on your website widget only.
How does the live chat agent work?
Each plan from Lite upwards includes 1 live chat agent seat. When a visitor wants to talk to a human, or the AI hands off the conversation, your agent gets notified and can reply directly from the Boei inbox. On Growth you get 3 agents, on Business 5. You can add more agents as an add-on for $9/mo per agent.
Can I add extra domains?
Yes. Extra domains are $15/mo each and can be added to any plan. Growth already includes 3 domains and Business includes 10, so the add-on is mainly useful on Lite and Starter where you need a second site.
Can I remove the Boei branding?
Yes. Branding removal is available as an add-on for $14/mo on Lite, Starter, and Growth. On Business, branding is removed by default.
Is there a white-label option?
Yes, on the Business plan. White-label lets you fully rebrand Boei for your clients, including a custom domain. For agency pricing and volume deals,

Do you have a plan for agencies?
Business at $179/mo is built for agencies: 10 domains, 10 chatbots, white-label, custom domain, and branding removed. For larger setups or custom contracts,
reach out and we will work something out.
I am an agency but I only have 1 or 2 clients right now. What is the best option?
Starting with Starter or Growth makes total sense if you are just getting your first clients set up. You do not need Business from day one. Once you are managing more sites and want white-label and a custom domain, upgrading is easy. If you want to discuss a path that grows with your agency, just
