San Diego: 1st Saturdays- Help the Homeless w/ Halcyon

Volunteers please arrive at 12:00 pm noon.
We will sort clothes, and build care packs in the courtyard. Once completed, we'll circle up for a quick meeting (aprox. 12:30), then distribute all of our goodies to our local friends.
WHAT TO BRING:

-Your open heart and smile!
*appreciated*
-Donated clothes for men & women (especially Men's!)
- Backpacks, luggage, blankets
- underwear, bras, socks
- fresh food items
- toiletries
-Money to purchase care pack items for the next month.

Let's celebrate March with what we do best - bring our smiles and awesome energy while gifting food, clothing, and Moar! ❤
March can still bring cold temperatures and donations often dip. yet the community is still in need. So let's come together on Saturday, March 1 and offer our yummy homemade grilled cheese sandwiches, soup/stew/chili, desserts, and more!

We are a group of compassionate independents made up of Burners and non-Burners who organize and gather to be of service in our community. The Downtown East Side is a diverse community and Oppenheimer Park is ideal to service the need of relief and loving kindness.
