Caroline Grantham MSN, FNP-BC
Caroline has been a registered nurse since 2017 and has worked in med-surg, psychiatry, and the float pool, caring for a wide variety of patients. In 2022, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing and became a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been teaching with Blueprint for nearly three years and has helped thousands of students prepare for high-stakes exams including the NCLEX and NP board exams. Caroline is especially passionate about supporting students who struggle with test anxiety, helping them build confidence and reach their goals. She loves connecting with students during TikTok live sessions. She is also pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice to grow her impact in nursing education and help shape the next generation of nurses. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and two children.
Roselyn Lopez MSN

Since embarking on a nursing journey in 2016, Roselyn has seamlessly blended clinical expertise with a passion for teaching. Roselyn has been preparing students to pass their NCLEX since 2020 and, in 2022, she earned a Master's in Education, further enhancing her academic skills to inspire the next generation of nurses. Roselyn is committed to advocating for patient care and shaping compassionate, skilled, and well-rounded healthcare professionals who are poised to make a positive impact in the ever-evolving field of nursing. Outside of work, Roselyn loves cooking, painting, and spending time with her family.
Ashton Glover DNP, FNP-C, ENP-C, SANE-A
Ashton is a board-certified Family and Emergency Nurse Practitioner. She has helped thousands of students prepare for high-stakes exams like the NCLEX and NP boards. She is especially passionate about supporting students through active learning strategies and trauma-informed teaching practices, helping them feel confident and prepared on test day.
Ashton has published and presented nationally on topics including trauma-informed education, emergency care, and forensic nursing, and she loves mentoring students as they grow into their professional roles.
Outside of work, Ashton enjoys life on her family farm with her husband, their two sons—Bo Taylor (10) and John Maddax (6)—and a variety of animals.
