Origination & Acquisition
We identify and shape early-stage opportunities that align with investor mandates. We unlock value by qualifying attractive sites, assessing infrastructure, grid and land permitting feasibility. When supporting on acquisitions efforts, key project risks are defined and assessed early in the process so that we ensure that only commercially viable and technically sound projects enter their pipeline.
Project development
We take full leadership of the development lifecycle and ensure that opportunities are carefully de-risked until the final investment decision. We ensure that our clients’ business cases are resilient and optimized ongoingly. We assess and support PPA negotiations as well as advise on offtake strategies where we leverage our global experience to bring bespoke, locally tailored solutions to every challenge.
Project execution
Technology selection is one of the key areas where we support our clients. Once vendors are screened, we run the tender and contract management track and ensure that orders and contracts are executable. We then manage all construction activities, and deliver the project safely, within budget, on time and to the highest quality standards, with a multi-GW track record of built projects as living proof of it
Asset Management
Once past-COD, we help you maximize your investment’s return through asset optimization. We benchmark and fine-tune performance to unlock upside across merchant exposure, ancillary services, and offtake flexibility. Our extensive support includes divestment, refinancing and contract renegotiation advisory services.
