BlueForMe, from your local Blue Cross Blue Shield, securely connects you by smartphone or tablet with a nurse from your Care Team.
To get started, your Care Team will send you an access code. Once you’re set up, you’ll be able to send a message whenever you want personalized help managing your health. On the app you’ll also find helpful articles and videos that are relevant to you.
You can also use BlueForMe to set reminders for your medications and appointments, track your steps and progress over time and view personalized health recommendations.
We’re here to support you and help keep you healthy, and the app is no extra cost.

The year might be ending, but we are not done yet! With our final major release of the year, we are launching the ability to view and organize personal health information from our new Profile tab! Here you can learn more about the care programs you are enrolled in, chat with your care team about them, and manage your medication and health reminders. We have also refreshed the existing tab design, updating titles and icons to better reflect the purpose of different areas of the app.

See your data over time and download it to share with others. (Weight and blood pressure widgets only appear for users enrolled in tracking programs to monitor those readings.)
