1. Aggregator Disclosure
BlinkCams.com is a service provider that operates as an aggregator and search engine. We do not host, upload, or store any video content, streams, or media files on our own servers. All live content is embedded via iframes from third-party platforms. Therefore, BlinkCams.com does not have the ability to permanently delete the source content from the internet.
2. Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content aggregated on our site infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

3. Takedown Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, BlinkCams.com will:
- Expeditiously remove or disable access to the specific link/page on our platform that identifies the allegedly infringing content.
- Notify the third-party provider (if applicable) that the content has been flagged.

5. Important Note for Rights Holders
Because the content is hosted on third-party domains (such as Chaturbate, Stripchat, etc.), removing a link from BlinkCams.com will not remove the content from the source site. To permanently remove the infringing material from the internet, you must contact the legal department of the site that is actually hosting the broadcast.
6. Counter-Notification
If a user or content provider believes that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, they may file a counter-notification with us containing the elements required by the DMCA.
