Betti Moretti is remembered with love. She was Worcestershire Poet Laureate 2018-2019 and brought joy to many with her poems, artwork, and music. Now, courtesy of her family and friends, we have her poetry and artwork collection, called, simply, ‘Brilliant Betti’. She lived in Bewdley and worked on the BBC’s Scratchy and Co. in the 90’s.
Betti loved community events and made animals including a bear for the Wild in Art town and city trails and a statue for Zandra Rhodes’ Gratitude project supporting the NHS. Her work raised many thousands of pounds for charity.
