[ There's a rustle of motion and suddenly the sounds are much louder, as the device is picked up.

So everyone should try to avoid being dead for a little while. Niflheim seems to have acquired itself a gatekeeper, and he doesn't like us.

[ The device clicks on to an odd sideways view of an empty bedroom, the camera obviously having been set down somewhere or dropped. There's nothing to see until a pair of exceptionally gay white boots enter the scene, approaching the bed and halting there for at least two minutes. His Volpi flank him, whining softly and slinking rather than walking normally.

There's a faint noise. Maybe a choked breath. Maybe a curse.

Gamma bends down slightly to pick something up from the neatly made bed, something that looks awfully book-shaped, and his hand is visibly trembling.

Then he turns sharply towards the device as if just noticing that it's recording, though his face is still above the shot, and there's a blur of motion as he hurls something at the camera and the sound of glass shattering before the feed dissolves into static. ]

[ sob why does this feel like shepherding little children for a school dance. ]

Okay kids, you all have until tomorrow night to find someone to invite.

Seems someone else got a head start on me, but better late than never. Let's see... Sanada Akihiko, Hanamura Yosuke, Shirogane Naoto, Angeal Hewley, Grand Master Caim, and-- ah, I haven't the faintest what your proper title is, miss Erielle. High Priestess? Your Holiness? Anyway, you guys are all responsible for saving the city, so you're going to get thanked for it with a dinner party, as hellishly mundane as that sounds, and yes you have to come and you should all bring someone along and you, Caim, have to bring a date that is not Erielle or Ava or that other guy. They're welcome to come but they can't be your official guest.

And no, you can't contest this. Or try to pass off Dalamar as your date.
