Prints will be shipped by UPS or FEDEX Flat Rate. For any oversized items, we will contact you directly and provide a shipping quote if your order exceeds the standard shipping rate.

Please allow 2 weeks for shipping. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.

RETURNS/REPLACEMENT

PRINTS: RETURNS & EXCHANGES

No refunds on photographic prints. Replacement prints are provided if prints are received damaged in the mail within 60 days.

REPLACEMENT PRINTS

Send us an email to info@blackarchives.co with your order number and photo of the damaged print and we will send a replacement.
