    Good when they work

    Have around 30 of these. When they work, they are great. But lots of issues and returns with them showing full on the charger, only to be nearly dead when used. Also many have just failed out right when charging. The plus is they will replace them. If you need an extra, get 2 or 3.

    Ready for the Field

    Having the rechargeable battery pack on the BKR 5000 radio is a vast improvement in portability over the much larger battery pack that comes standard with the handheld radio. I'm excited to see how long this battery holds a charge in the field setting this summer season.

    Good battery, way smaller then the Clam Shells

    Good batteries, we had one that did not last one full fire season (2023) but the rest have worked fine. These are a lot better than the AA alternative Clam Shells.
