Everybody, hello! I can't believe it's been so long since I've been here. (2 years?! I must be getting old. ;_;) I know some of you worried- for that I am really, really really sorry. I honestly can't apologize enough. :( I've been putting off posting this, because every time I think about it, I hesitate and doubt that it should be done. However, life's gotten ahead of me and laid out a path, and that path I've got to follow.

So (here it comes) this iconjournal is now closed- there will be no further updates from me. Everything that's here, however, is still good to go- please save and use the icons as you will! I put lots of time and (yes, now I'm getting sentimental, but it's true!) love into them, and it makes me happy when I see somebody using one from long ago :D I'm restricting comments from this post- not because I don't want to hear from you, but because this is a final sense of closing that I need to do (otherwise, I'll keep this journal open forever and be in constant denial of whether to post again or not o_o).

To everybody on here who was so kind to the LJ-newbie, to a Bleach fan who barely had a reckoning of who Byakuya was, to an iconmaker trying to find a style, a manga fan who had never read Ouran Koukou Host Club (gasp!) and to a girl going through a daily job at essentially the only manga bookstore in town- I really want to thank you. It's been a long time, but please don't ever think that you were forgotten. Even my little one has heard stories of some of our inside jokes (and roots for Rafa in all tennis matches, I'll have you know)! I really love you guys, and I'm really grateful for the time I had on here with you.

So, it seems it's time for my final adieu. Everybody, keep smiling, yeah? :)

After much travelling and computer-switching, I ended up on my sister's old laptop with a very old version of Photoshop and none of my brushes or images. However, the Christmas spirit perseveres, and I bring you 17 holiday icons, just in time for the big day ^_^

Long time no posting, today is just a layout update (unfortunately). I'm still here, just very very busy ^_^;;

Anyway, so a new layout up (one that I worked rather hard on and am pretty proud of XD) AND~ since I have a lot of icons to catch up on, I'd like to know what people would like to see in my next batch(es, if there are a lot). So: suggestions?
Currently planned: Bleach (obviously- any specifics wanted?), Hot Gimmick, Paradise Kiss, Dogs (Haine and Naoto), some miscellaneous shoujo series, and maybe even a manhwa in there.

Okey dokey, I'm off to be busy some more, and hopefully the next batch will be up soonby Christmas ^_~

OH.LORD. It's the icon batch that wouldn't end! Fought through the last several Nana ones this morning, then had the eternal struggle of uploading and coding. *stabby stab* Anyway, it's finally done, and though I won't say the next batch will be soon *unjinxes self* I gotta catch up on Bleach 196 and 197 (and finish the Dogs ones, Haineee~), so I'll work on those as hard as I can in whatever time I have ^_^;; Half of these I love, half I hate, half are experiments and half are tried and true; I just hope my brain learned something from all the randomness I did XDD

And although this icon batch is killing me in terms of cleanup and coloring, it's about halfway done ok ok, maybe a little less than halfway and I hopeplan to make mad progress this weekend. ^_^;; So, icons soon.
