Return Period
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted:
- For any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you by email.
- You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank—processing delays are possible.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected].
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
- If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on your location, the time for exchanged products to reach you may vary.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
Customs Returns
All orders are declared at full retail value. If an item is returned by your country’s customs office:
- We will contact you to arrange reshipment.
- Reshipment costs must be paid by the customer.
