How we get started?
The Bitcoinize POS Machine was created by Fernando Motolese, founder of Brazil’s Bitcoin Beach, to power a groundbreaking initiative Praia Bitcoin in Jericoacoara, a remote village in northeastern Brazil.
Inspired by Bitcoin Beach in El Zonte, this Brazilian project, known as Bitcoin Beach Brazil began in 2022, offering fresh fruit to local public-school students for just 10 sats using Bolt Cards while onboarding merchants into a thriving Bitcoin circular economy.
Crowdfunded by bitcoiners
From A Small Community To The World
In July 2023 during BTC Prague conference, Praia Bitcoin launched a crowdfunding campaign on Geyser.fund to create and distribute the first point-of-sale machine dedicated for Bitcoin Payments.
Within just three months, it became one of the platform’s most successful campaigns—raising 3.5 BTC to develop the Bitcoinize POS machine.
By 2024, Bitcoinize Machine had evolved into a global standard for the most successful Bitcoin Circular Economies and Bitcoin Conferences.
It reached over 40 countries, empowering communities to adopt Bitcoin as a medium of exchange, and became a key player in building circular economies and supporting real face-to-face bitcoin payments on conferences worldwide.

The terminal issues invoices for on-chain, Lightning and Liquid payments, plus contactless Bolt Card NFC for tap-to-pay.
Yes. Point the machine to your node and it prints or displays invoices from your self-custodial backend.
Orders & Shipping
In-stock units are dispatched within 10 business days from our logistics hubs in Hong Kong or Shenzhen. Global delivery then takes 4 – 12 days, depending on the carrier and destination.
Shipping is free worldwide. Tracking details are emailed once your order leaves the warehouse.
Any local duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. If customs returns a parcel to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; the new shipping cost will be charged.

Yes – the built-in NFC reader supports contactless Visa/Mastercard. Availability depends on your jurisdiction and the processor you choose. The POS app you install must work without Google Mobile Services.

A one-year hardware warranty covers defects; email and community Telegram support are free, and paid SLA plans are available.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it, with proof of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
