About Our Grief Support Groups

  • Hope’s professional counselors maintain the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Both in-person and virtual group sizes are limited.
  • People ages 18 and older are welcome to join.
  • Groups are approximately 90 minutes long. We do not meet on major holidays, and schedules are subject to change.
  • Please avoid attending in-person groups if you’re feeling ill.
