V4 is better and faster than v5. Check also Scaled YOLOv4 which is better than v4

This looks like yolov5 plus a sorting algorithm... maybe deep sort. Upper left is a false positive from a maniquinne... but very good implementation. We use these types of algorithms in some of our video analytics platforms for retail/consumer solutions.
