Co-Founder
Born and raised in the heart of Silicon Valley, Eric is a dynamic individual whose journey began at 18 when he took the plunge into entrepreneurship by owning a successful pool maintenance business. Transitioning from this venture, Eric honed his leadership skills by managing large teams in various retail stores. His commitment to building strong relationships extends beyond the workplace, as he values connections with colleagues and clients.
Driven by a passion for customer satisfaction, Eric ensures that every interaction is marked by excellence. Beyond his mission of creating lasting relationships, Eric is deeply dedicated to creating sustainable solutions for the community, particularly in the realm of responsible disposal of unwanted items. Robert
Co-Founder
My name is Roberto Murillo, my friends call me Robert/Rob and my personal story with the company goes back a few years ago. I started working for a different hauling company where I met Eric and A.J at the start of 2021. I started to learn the basics from customer interaction, to closing payments, and soon enough learn to drive a dump truck all being taught by both of my teammates. The level of understanding and passion both of my teammate displayed, influence me to also perceive my job into something more. Talks about building our own business/franchise started to accumulate more as days go by, and soon enough we formulated a plan to start the year off with having our own business. To describe the first year has been a humbling experience to say the least, there many risk and worries to account for, but there is a level of satisfaction and rewarding once you see your own businesses take up and be talked about. Personally I felt that my mindset has changed from “finishing the job” to “ensuring that we keep this business relationship going”. We pride ourselves in helping our community and proving the best services we can to promote a friendly eco environment for everyone to follow.
Lee Wilson
Co-Founder
I started working in Junk Removal in 2017 with a well-known brand. After a few months, I found myself back aligned in Tech, working for a Vertical Indoor Agriculture Farm while still wanting to pursue my path as an Entrepreneur.
During the 2021 pandemic, while a lot of change was happening around us, I got another opportunity to do Junk Removal part-time. This is where I met Eric and Robert. During this time, we discovered that working together was not only rewarding but also left a ton of opportunities on the table. Creativity, Resourcefulness, and Integrity were core values I wanted our company to hold, and I liked how that also sat with the guys.
From that moment on, we set out to make a difference in the lives of the people we relieved of their junk and the communities we serve through donating and giving back.
Why Bison Junk Removal?
Taking on the name Bison also meant a lot to us because of what it represented. Bison tend to travel in herds as one. Stronger together, these powerful animals found their way off the endangered species list over the centuries. Combining the name Bison Junk became and continues to be a powerful reminder of our commitment to using our resources to strengthen our communities and for the resiliency each of us brings to this table.
