Daniel had a long career in the steel industry, which motivated him to do something about the industry’s approach to carbon emissions.
His work led him to co-fund BIPVco with a vision to turn every building into a solar power station to positively impact the climate crisis and the UK’s energy needs.

As CEO of BIPVco, Adam leads the company’s mission to redefine how solar technology integrates with the built environment. With over 25 years of industry experience, they bring a bold, solutions-focused approach to advancing sustainable innovation and scaling impact across the UK and Europe.
Gordon joined the team in April 2014, having worked for Sharp Manufacturing UK for 27 years. Gordon has a strong background in electronics and electrical design, having previously held the position of Senior General Manager of Sharp’s Solar Division.
During this time Gordon oversaw the manufacture of over 10.5 million PV modules and brought engineering and mass production expertise to BIPVco.

Richard has held executive and managerial positions in operations, production, engineering, facilities and quality across Europe and Asia.
Richard is a lean manufacturing champion, a six sigma black belt and a qualified lead auditor in ISO 9000 Quality Systems and SA8000 social accountability systems.

Sharon is a true business partner, working across HR, Sales and Marketing. A Chartered member of the CIPD, with over 30 years of HR/Personnel experience, 16 years of which has been within the solar industry. Sharon’s experience and credentials speak for themselves, as well as supporting the BIPVco team, Sharon works alongside Careers Wales, mentoring teenagers on career paths and identifying opportunities.
Jonathan brings over 25 years of leadership experience as a former company director in the industrial roofing and cladding sector, where he played a pivotal role in transforming the leisure roofing market. Now a core member of our sales team, Jonathan applies his deep industry knowledge to drive business growth and connect customers with the most innovative solar solutions available.
Nathan is a proven B2B sales professional with extensive experience in account management and commercial business development across both corporate and SME environments.
With a strong focus on customer engagement, Nathan helps architects, developers, and contractors integrate cutting-edge solar solutions into their projects.
James is a seasoned Sales Leader with over 20 years of experience driving growth, leading high-performing teams, and building strong client relationships across the Foodservice, Tech, and Renewable Energy sectors. James brings a hands-on, people-first approach to helping businesses find smart, sustainable solutions. Known for his energy and collaborative style, he’s deeply passionate about making a genuine difference for his clients.
Tammy has over 20 years of marketing experience in the manufacturing and construction industries. Tammy has worked and managed multi-disciplinary brand, communications and digital teams for award-winning, impactful outcomes.
Morton with previous experience in sports administration, Morton primarily supports sales, marketing and operations in all areas of admin. From shipping products to handling our social media accounts. Morton is very dedicated to enhancing the experience of our customers.
Hugh has worked with BIPVco from the start and is your main point of contact for all financial matters.
Gavin’s extensive experience in engineering, process engineering, and process improvement, spanning over 25 years, demonstrates his expertise and credibility. His additional 13 years as a maintenance technician and as an apprentice tutor further enrich his knowledge and experience. Gavin is a fundamental part of our production team, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge.
Arsalan, utilising his academic background and Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, played a key role in the design and development of our SemiFlex product and its production processes. Arsalan is also involved in material testing, with a particular focus on adhesion and performance evaluation to support ongoing process improvements.
Our CHO takes his role very seriously and brings joy to the office. His responsibilities include sniff safari’s, snack quality control, and being a very good boy.
Board of Directors
Dr Mendiuk has over 30 years of senior executive management experience in leading international engineering and manufacturing companies. Recently he was Vice President at Yukos Oil Company, responsible for the strategic acquisition and the merger of synergistic global business organisations.
Dr Beylin is a UK-based consultant and private investor in renewable energies, energy saving, and conservation. He is a former member of the Board of Directors and the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Yukos Oil Company.
