If I have multiple users on my laptop, can I still use 1 fingerprint for 1 login and the other login just uses login and password with no fingerprint? I just want to use mine for login in case we are locked out.

When fingerprint authentication is enabled, you have the possibility of logging in with password and fingerprint. This comes as a second way of login. Yes, you can use your fingerprint to log-in and give others the account with the password to use the computer.
You can also set fingerprints in the database for everyone who uses the PC. It's easier and accurate.
The program does not work with Windows 10. Do I need new drivers?

The BioExcess application doesn't appear on the developer's website. I have checked the page and used the Search feature to locate BioExcess software, but the result list was empty. This could mean that the software is discontinued and removed from development.

If the application does not work anymore you can perform a re-installation using the official download from the Lenovo website. If you install the latest version you can be sure that the software will run without errors.
