BiniQDU is a quick, convenient, and unsightly frontend for Mario Brito's Freelancer INI decompressor. It can be installed and launched, and then used to open and edit INI files found in the C:\\Program Files\\Microsoft Games\\Freelancer\\DATA\\EQUIPMENT\\ folder. It is important to back up any files before editing them.
