Pay with the BIL Payconiq app in Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands. The app lets you make in-store purchases, pay your bills, and even send or request money with nothing more than a phone number!
The BIL Payconiq app is easy, quick and convenient; payments are transacted between bank accounts. Proof of payment (debit advice) is available for each transaction carried out with BIL Payconiq on BILnet, your online banking app.

*** A BANKING PAYMENT APP
BIL Payconiq is linked to your mobile number and your bank account. Bank security levels apply: all payments are authorised by fingerprint identification or secret code/PIN. You can set your own limits on BILnet, according to your preferences (EUR 2,500 by default). Transfers are carried out by SEPA payment (funds available the next business day).

To use the BIL Payconiq app, all you have to do is link it to your bank account(s). Launch the app and you’ll be guided through the process.
